Uses of water

About  seventy five percent of human body consists of water.Even all the living and non living  things consist of water for body construction.About eighty five percent of human brain is water. As the brain is the controller of every function in human body. So, the brain controls the amount of water needed for the body.It also controls how much water is used and in which part of the body ,it is used .If there is lack of water in the body, the body suffers from dehydration. The brain redistributes the supply of water then.

Generally we do not feel dehydration through thirst for water. We feel it through fatigue, headaches, stomach aches, fluid retention etc.Drinking coffee, tea, soda, juice, cold drinks, any watery substitute is enough for dehydration. It is ,in deed, a common mistake.Because these contain dehydration creating element like sugar, chemicals etc. When we drink these, these remove water from the body.By drinking these, our body  removes more volume of water through urine.Without water we cannot be alive. We become sick for lack of water. We also suffer from dehydration.

As a result ,we suffer from tiredness, sleeplessness, anxiety, hypertension etc .Some other diseases like asthma, allergies, blood pressure, diabetes are also caused for dehydration.Chest pain, digestive pain, lower back pain, joint pain, migraine, headaches, obesity, stroke are the classic symptoms of dehydration.

For better health and to enjoy health fitness, we should drink much pure water. We should avoid taking all kinds of cold drinks and alcohol. We should drink clean water before and while taking meals, after waking up in the morning, after taking exercise. We should drink water when we feel thirst for water. It is said that everybody should drink as much as half of his/her body weight in ounces on a regular basis. For example ,if one body weight is 120  pound,he/she should drink 60 ounces of water daily
